Member of The Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star On 7th Nov 2013 Matthew was honoured to be promoted to Member of The Inner Magic Circle, with Gold Star. This is the very highest degree within The Magic Circle and can only be awarded by The President himself. Only 300 people worldwide are at this level.
The Presiden Jack Delvin, wrote, "As a measure of The Magic Circle's gratitude for your unstinting work, both as a performer and administrator, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that I have raised you to the degree of:- Member of The Inner Magic with Gold Star. My announcement was met with the unanimous support of Council."

President of The Northamptonshire Magicians' Club Matthew is the current President of The Northamptonshire Magicians' Club.
Est. 1926 The Northamptonshire Magicians' Club is one of Britain's oldest magic societies.
It today hosts annual events such as dinners and charity performances and evenings include lecturers by international artistes.

Winner of The Highest Award in The UK for Close Up Magic Matthew won The Magic Circle Close Up Magician of The Year Competition.
This is the highest award in the UK for Close Up Magic.
It follows the format of heats, and the grand final is performed in front of a panel of judges and a live invited audience,
the event is live streamed around the world and projected live into The Magic Circle theatre in front of 200members.
