An absolutely terrible service (!) The very first week only the bathroom was cleaned, not the floors, work tops - only the upstairs bathroom. Bizarre. The bins were literally still overflowing. The following week no one turned up at all. Donna the owner said that the cleaner 'may have been tired?!' and also that she was 'on holiday'. Disappointed I handed over my keys without doing more checks. I don't usually post anything but genuinely just didn't want anyone else to fall into this false advertisement and very usual set up.
