We are an electronic retail and IT repair specialist located in Southside near Edinburgh city centre. We have been here for over 35 years and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

We have amassed a great understanding of electronics over the years. We listen to customers' needs and technical problems in an attempt to offer as good as a solution as we can. This is also something we have done for many years, we really have heard it all. Naturally inquisitive, we are never too proud to learn a thing or two from our technically savvy customers in order to build a greater understanding of our ever-expanding field.

We have a passion for electronics and try our best to stock as much as we can in our store. If we are asked for something we do not have, we make every effort to order it in for someone.

We have an iPhone repair book-in service online, where you can view our repair options and prices and book an appointment to come in to the shop to have your device repaired. Where a part is in stock, we will have your device repaired on the same day and even as quick as 30 minutes. We do not take payment up front, only pay at the completion of the job after confirming you are satisfied with the quality of the repair. We are conveniently located near Edinburgh city centre and there is on-street parking. Our street is famed for its variety of coffee shops, so we are sure you will find somewhere to have a coffee or bite to eat while you wait.

Our store
Our store is located on Nicolson Street, close to Edinburgh University and only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street. We have been trading at this location for over 35 years and in that time have built up a good customer base and a great reputation.

Accessibility
There are convenient places to park and leave your vehicle. Right outside the shop is a loading bay and parking bays which can be used outside of bus lane times (Mon - Fri, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). There are bicycle racks on the street and we have enough room in the shop for you to bring it in if you want to be on the safe side. Our shop is large enough for disabled access and we are very dog friendly so feel free to bring them in too.
