Business Profile

What we do and how it works Looking for a Private Social Worker?

We are an independent fast-track solution for people in need of an Assessment and Care & Support Planning.

You don't have to rely on local authorities to assess your needs and source your care options. Contact an independent social work practice like LAMONT, and for a fee we will complete a Care Needs Assessment, Support Plan and Source Support for you, stress free and personable

Once you've been assessed the next stage is to complete a Care and Support Plan. The Care & Support Plan explains how your care and support needs will be met, and outlines the level of care that is needed to maintain your well-being.

Using your Care & Support plan, we will contact care & support agencies until we find you the right package that will meet your needs.

Following this you have the option to work with our Life Coach. This involves working together to identify your desired goals, formulate solutions, recognise your potential and strengths. This in turn may lead to a reduction in the need for future support.

Earning over £23,250 per year means that you are required to pay the full cost of your care needs. This is known as Self-Funding.
