Information obtained clearly indicates that partial monies of the 2.3 million of Worldwide Destination Ltd clients monies was release to Desert Pearl Resort Ltd. There was no legal relationship between WWDL and DPRL. Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for your email. A company nuimber is issued by us at the point of incorporation. A company can change its name but would retain the same company number. Once a company has been dissolved, the name will immediately become available for re-use, providing that the name is not considered to be the "same as" another name currently on the register. A different number will be allocated to the new company. WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS LIMITED (05479810) and DESERT PEARL RESORT LIMITED (05930845) were separate companies. (They may have been part of the same group, however this would only be recorded in our records within the company accounts).
