Extremely rude owner/missing food

As I've previously had very good food here, I called in The Wok Inn tonight and spent 1hr 20 sat in their shop waiting, along with others (all complaining). One lady had been waiting 20 minutes before me too. It says on the door only 4 people in the shop at any time but there were constantly 8/9 people plus her and one of the delivery drivers not wearing masks either. All of this was totally ignored by the lady behind the counter. When I eventually got home with my food, main parts of my order was missing......back I went. Basically the owner refused to supply me a completely freshly cooked meal, gave me a refund and told me not to come back. Disgusting attitude and an extremely unprofessional manner she spoke to not only me but other customers. Another got her order cancelled as she dared to ask how much longer hers would be. This owner needs to go on a training course for dealing with the public and employ another chef as they're obviously victims of their own success.
