Want my fuckin refund from this company since Julie Stanwell-Wise November 2022


Don't USE this company. I have tried to phone the chat place, got through to a bloody Indian Expedia, in Mumbai. Yes, yes, your refund will come. Bullshit!!!!!! Then via Turkish airlines, nothing to do with us. Bought my ticket from Expedia using Turkish airlines!!! Still waiting for £400 single ticket for Banjul, Gambia to Istanbul then Nairobi, Kenya. Still waiting for my refund I'm single and need the money to pay for my extortionate gas bill in the UK. EXPEDIA and TURKISH AIRLINES are LIARS, LIARS,LIARS!!!! Fobbing me off. So I'm going to complain to Trip Advisor and every travel app and SHAME THE BUGGERS!!!!!! They make money from customers and both companies are mega rich. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! If customers do this, they will soon go into liquidation. It's your hard earned money folks!!!!! NAME AND SHAME,😭😭😭😭😭

Extremely Unhelpful and Dishonourable Company


Four years ago I signed my business up to advertise with your company on your website. It didn't go well. I had issues with my account, including the fact that your admin team confused me with another hotel with a different name, and customer services failed to return my calls or emails. I decided Expedia wasn't right for me at that time and decided to leave. I have recently noticed that your affiliated sites, advertised on Google , are still advertising my business but when you are directed to the guesthouse and search for available dates you are told the guesthouse is "sold out" or "the dates are not available", when they actually are available. It isn't "sold out" and an alternative hotel is offered on your platform. You get business from my property and I lose out on potential bookings. So, as you can imagine this is a big problem for both of us, and I politely ask that you remove all the references of my business, together with the copyrighted images, to avoid further incon

Transfer sub contractor


Firstly, I have previously found Expedia to be reliable. I had occasion recently, following the failure of their transport agent to pick my party up to return to the airport, to contact Expedia for a refund of accrued taxi fares. I found it was somewhat difficult to find details of where to address this claim, in the first instance and resorted to their "live chat" facility. This was laborious and less than helpful. I have received my refund today (two-weeks later; not too bad by my reckoning) but this required that I advise the company that I had paid them for a service provided by their agent and that it was their problem to chase the subcontractor not mine as they seemed to be indicating. Never mind, all's well that ends well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS


Our flight was cancelled due to Covid, after hours of waiting on-hold, my refund was granted and confirmed in writing and I was advised: "Refunds may take up to 8 weeks from the date of the cancellation". Eight weeks came and went and I was then advised: "8 weeks is the minimum time and 12 weeks is the maximum time". Thereafter, I was informed: "Due to some technical glitch the refund was not processed earlier and it was delay from the airline. Its been raised now. The airline has inhibited our ability to offer a direct refund. We will request a refund on your behalf, but it is up to the airline to approve and process the refund. This can take up to 10-12 weeks. We will send you email notification when the refund is processed or an update if the refund is still pending". So far we have been waiting almost 4 months without resolve.

Disgraceful Service


Was on hold for over an hour yesterday & gave up! Same today, once I got through but the agent cut me off before greeting or talking to me! I was affected by flybe going into administration last week & had to pay again for return flights to UK from Germany. All I want is a refund! Expedia, you are an absolute disgrace! 3rd world countries put your service to shame!
