Starting out with solely an office in Sandy, Kennedy & Company instantly had a huge impact on the property market, and immediately managed to establish themselves as a wise choice when trying to sell property in the area. The Sandy office enjoyed immense success and gained a large share of the property market, which remains the same today. Record sales, fantastic customer feedback and repeat business saw Darryl branch out and open another Kennedy & Co office in the nearby market town of Potton.
Armed with estate agency experience, excellent marketing tools and enthusiastic staff, the branch went from strength to strength, and has seen off local competition from other estate agencies to remain the number one choice to sell or let property in the Potton area.
Back in 2007, Kennedy & Company were rewarded due their consistent professional pro-active approach to estate agency with an invited full membership to the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. It was a huge compliment to the firm to be asked to be a part of the Guild, and they remain the only estate agent members in Sandy today with access to their property website, and an associated office in Park Lane, London.
