We booked to store our luggage. When we arrived he told us how OUR bags worked and claimed that one of the bags are 2 separate once's, which they are not. He claimed that we were lying and then he shut the door on us and didn't want to help us with finding another place or with a refund (because we paid on advance) the owner is a straight up d*ck. If possible I would give 0 stars! What an asshole!
