"Sharon, client for over three years"

"I have hypermobility meaning I have to keep my weight down and stay relatively muscled to avoid constant pain. I used to practice yoga daily but I knew as I aged that I needed to introduce weight bearing exercises. Previously I tried this but favoured some gym machines over others resulting in imbalances and injury. Thankfully, I met Kevin 3 years ago who understood my physical issues and tailored my training accordingly. I now practice weight training and yoga and have not had an injury in years.
