N1 Mailbox sent me mail intended for a neighboring box (887 instead of 778), which seriously undermined my trust in their service. After about ten phone calls and emails, they finally offered a discount on the rental. Shockingly, they repeated the same mistake a year later. Despite another round of endless communication, when I requested a discount this time, the MD treated me like shit, closed my mailbox, and refused to take responsibility for their incompetent staff.
