We got a quote, booked him, he cancelled. Another date was made, my husband took the day off work, and he never turned up. Very very bad communication either by phone, text or messages.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Come back 5 or 6 times was a nightmare….. The worst thing is once you have paid Alex you have no chance of getting him back ….. ignores calls and texts…. Fitted a security light outside that does not work promised to come out and fix it hasn’t done …… now doesn’t answer call or texts…. Going to have to report him to the NICEIC. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
